What was the starting point for your renovation project?
“We wanted to redesign the entire living room and kitchen area of our apartment, without touching the “sleeping area.” Before contacting APF, we reached out to other architectural firms in Geneva, but we were not satisfied with their approach. Above all, we didn’t feel like we were being heard.”
And how did you think of calling APF?
“Fifteen years ago, my father had his kitchen remodeled by APF. He was delighted, and 15 years later, his kitchen still looks like new. So, we headed just outside Geneva to contact them for an initial appointment.”
And what was the outcome of that first meeting?
“Our contact person came to our home and immediately understood what we wanted. He was professional, respectful, skilled at advising us, and proactive with suggestions; for the first time, we felt like we were being listened to.
He returned a few days later with a proposal. My husband’s and my reaction was unanimous: we loved it and signed right away.
Now that the work is finished, what do you think of your renovation?
“Just like our first meeting and the subsequent ones, the work was carried out with professionalism and high quality. We have gained an incredibly functional space that truly reflects who we are.
We are delighted with the result, which remains consistent with our expectations in every way, and more.
Furthermore, we have an incredibly positive image of the APF family business: you can feel that there is something strong happening within this company, and that is reflected in the client relationship, which, in my opinion, remains very special.”
